1 Delegate information
Click Appeal do not require delegates to use computers during the seminar.
A basic knowledge of using a PC and the internet would be useful but not
essential. The seminar fee covers the costs of hosting the event; the
use of the venue, course material and refreshments.
2 Payment
& booking confirmation
Payment can be made online using a credit card or a Paypal account. Payment
can also be made by cheque (see contact us for address). VAT will be charged
at the current rate. A booking will be accepted once full payment is made
in advance. Once your payment is received we will write to you confirming
the number of places you have booked, the seminar title including date,
venue and time of your selected seminar.
3 Security
& online payment
PayPal uses industry-leading security and fraud protection to protect
your financial information. PayPal do not share your financial details
with the merchant (Click Appeal). Links to information about the very
latest PayPal security measures can be found on the payment page of their
website. PayPal meet the standards of the BBB “Better Business Bureau”
privacy programme.
4 Substituting
a delegate
If you wish to substitute a delegate please let us know no later than
7 working days before the date of the seminar so attendance records can
be amended.
5 Cancellations/refunds
If you have to cancel your booking the following applies: If you are unable
to attend the seminar you have booked, you will be given the option to
attend at a later date (the next date for your seminar choice) at no extra
cost providing that you give Click Appeal a minimum of 21 days notice
in writing before the date of the seminar. If you wish to cancel within
7 days of making your booking you may do so unless the
course you have booked will take place within the next 7 days (see below).
If you cancel a booking within the time period below, the following cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administration and other costs such as venue fees/services.
3 months notice prior
to the seminar date. An administration fee of 10%
2 months notice prior to the seminar date. An administration fee of 20%
1 months notice prior to the seminar date. An administration fee of 40%
Within 7 days of the seminar date no refund is available.
In no circumstances will any refund exceed the fee originally paid by a delegate. To request a substitution, cancellation or refund please click here to send an email or write to us (see contact us) clearly stating your request.
In the unlikely event (due to circumstances beyond our control) the seminar is unable to take place, Click Appeal reserves the right to offer an alternative venue/date or substitute the presenter/host. If this happens we will give all delegates as much notice as possible. If Click Appeal has to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to offer you an alternative date/venue that you are happy with, we will issue a full refund.
6 Your order
request/Invitation to treat
Click Appeal aim to ensure that prices and content are displayed correctly;
however, it is possible that we may input an incorrect price or descriptive
error. The prices and information displayed on the website are “An
invitation to treat” only. If an event has been wrongly priced or
incorrectly described in any way we reserve the right to refuse the customer
request to purchase. In this event we will contact you requesting you
to place a new order at the correct price. Any payments received by ourselves
or our payment service provider for incorrectly displayed services will
be refunded in full.

You may view the Click Appeal website without entering any personal information.
If you wish to book a seminar place or send us an E-mail we require your
contact details to enable us to reply or process your booking and keep
you informed of any changes. To answer any E-mail query we require your
name and email address. To complete your booking we require your name;
postal address, full payment, telephone number (if available) and E-mail
address (if available). We will not give, loan or sell information you
provide to any third parties (unless required by law to do so). We will
not hold or store your personal details any longer than required for the
purpose it was collected for.
9 English
Law applies
Click Appeal and you the customer both agree to submit to the jurisdiction
of the English courts.
10 Disclaimer
Click Appeal endeavour to ensure the information on this website is as
correct & up to date as possible however, content, descriptive information
and prices are subject to change without notice.
11 Liability
Click Appeal will not be held liable for any damages or compensation of
any kind including any direct or indirect loss, incidental, or consequential
claims, expenses or damages of any kind including but not limited to claims
for lost revenue, profits or any other economic, commercial or personal
